We plan each project around what the imagery needs to accomplish—choosing the right views, coordinating the coverage, and preparing photographs and video that help you track construction, present a property, or promote your business.

What does an aerial photography or video project cost?
Each quote reflects the location, site size, coverage, visit frequency, editing, deliverables, and intended use. Tell us what you need to accomplish and we’ll recommend a scope, with pricing agreed before work begins.
I know what I need to accomplish, but not which aerial services I need. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us what you need to show, document, or understand, and who will use the results. We’ll help define the coverage and deliverables that fit your project. If the assignment calls for specialized data collection, we’ll review the requirements and determine which specialists and equipment are needed before confirming the scope.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Start with the project address or location, what you want to show or document, and your preferred timing. Include any specific views, intended uses, recurring coverage needs, or site requirements. Please also share any required liability limits, additional-insured requests, or certificate-of-insurance requirements so coverage and documentation can be confirmed before work is scheduled.
What will I receive, and how will it be delivered?
We deliver aerial photographs, individual video clips, edited videos, and organized image sets, depending on your project. Your delivery can include original files, finished imagery, or a combination of both. We agree on the coverage, file formats, and delivery method before work begins, then provide the files through a download link or another agreed method.
How far ahead should I book, and when will my files be ready?
Contact us as soon as you know the project location and preferred timing. Availability depends on the coverage, site access, flight requirements, and any specialist coordination. Tell us about meetings, launch dates, or other deadlines so we can confirm a realistic shoot date and delivery schedule before you book. Editing and processing time depend on the agreed deliverables.
Can you fly at my location, and do I need to be there?
We review the location, airspace, and proposed operation before confirming a shoot and handle flight-authorization requests applicable to our operation. You help arrange property access and a site contact. You do not usually need to attend if access and the coverage are agreed in advance, although some locations require an escort or on-site coordination. Any authorization, access, or operating restrictions may affect the coverage and schedule.
What happens if weather or site conditions affect the shoot?
We review conditions and coordinate changes with your site contact when weather, visibility, access, or activity makes the planned flight unsuitable. Any rescheduling arrangements are discussed as part of the project scope, and we keep you informed if timing needs to change.
Can I use and share the photographs and video?
Yes. Once your project is paid for, you can use, edit, and share the photographs and video we create and deliver for your business—including websites, social media, advertising, presentations, and project communications—with no additional La Strada usage fees.
If your project includes licensed music or specialist deliverables with separate usage terms, we’ll explain those before work begins.
