A considered view

Thoughtful angles.
Stronger first impressions.

A generous backyard. A private setting. Outdoor spaces made for gathering. We consider height, angle, composition, and light to bring the property’s strongest features into focus—and give buyers a reason to look closer.

Your aerial photographs and video should work together—and alongside ground-level photography and footage. We plan complementary views that connect the home, outdoor spaces, and surrounding land into a compelling picture of the property.

Practical questions

Before we get started.

How much does real estate aerial coverage cost?

Your quote is based on the property, location, coverage, and finished photographs or video you need. Send the address and a brief description of your plans so we can recommend an appropriate scope and confirm the price before you book.

Can you work around my listing deadline?

Tell us when you need the finished imagery. We’ll confirm availability and delivery timing before you book, with the shoot planned around property readiness, weather, and flight conditions. If conditions require a change, we’ll discuss the schedule with you.

Can you work with my existing photographer or listing agent?

Yes. We can coordinate aerial coverage with your photographer or agent so the views complement the rest of the listing. We agree on the brief, schedule, and responsibilities ahead of the visit.

How should I prepare the property, and do I need to be there?

Have the outdoor areas ready to photograph and arrange access to gates or enclosed areas. Let us know about occupants, pets, vehicles, or scheduled work. You may not need to stay for the shoot if access and a reachable contact are agreed in advance.

Can you prepare files for my listing, website, and social media?

Yes. Share your intended platforms and any MLS or brokerage requirements before the shoot. We agree on the formats you need, including branded or unbranded versions where requested.

Can you show approximate property lines or highlight features?

Yes. Feature labels and approximate property-line overlays can be included in the agreed scope. Property lines use a reference you supply and approve; they are visual guides, not surveyed boundaries or verified measurements.
