Privacy Policy

The La Strada Productions Privacy Policy describes our general privacy practices. This section explains how the Film & Creative text assistant handles your information.

Film & Creative AI text chat

Ask La Strada AI is an automated text assistant. ElevenLabs and its service providers, including AI model providers, process your messages and page context to operate the assistant and generate responses.

ElevenLabs is configured to delete transcripts and personal information from new conversations after 180 days. This setting applies even if you never submit an inquiry. Recent messages are also stored in your browser tab so the chat can continue as you navigate. “Start again” clears the browser-tab chat history. Provider-held records follow the separate retention schedule described above.

Sending a chat message does not submit an inquiry. You can use the Contact form or email creative@lastrada.productions instead. You can also contact that address with privacy questions or requests.
